Full of ideas
A successful project is the sum total of numerous ideas. An idea undergoes development and change, is
rejected and approached afresh. In our experience, an initial idea serves as a basis for discussion. A
second idea serves to provoke the public into a response and initiates wider debates. The third idea brings
all participants together around a table. The fourth idea is the one that finds support. Or it is perhaps
the fifth. We find that this process is called “project development” for a reason. In our view, time and
room for growth and change are integral to a sustainable project process when it comes to dealing with an
idea.
